Underwriting Fees: $4K to initiate due diligence with $2K being refundable if loans are not drawn

Excluded Property Types

  • Undeveloped Land

  • Single use properties operating as houses of worship

  • Owner occupied single-family residences

  • Petroleum based or toxic uses (i.e. gas stations)

  • Nightclubs, Bars or Casinos

  • Car Washes 

  • Cannabis clubs & grow facilities

  • Properties subject to ground leases
