TERM

We write loans with terms of 12 to 24 months and will consider extensions, at our sole discretion, at the time of maturity

FEES

Underwriting Fees: $4K to initiate due diligence with $2K being refundable if loans are not drawn

Commitment Fees: 1% to 3% of the loan amount, collected at funding
