Meet Our New Pacific Northwest Correspondent!
We're excited to welcome Luther Barker as AR Financial's Exclusive Correspondent for the Pacific Northwest!
A 45-year Portland resident, Luther brings over 50 years of commercial real estate finance experience to our team. With a career spanning commercial banking and independent mortgage banking, he has worked across virtually every aspect of CRE finance - including conventional term debt, construction and bridge loans, subordinate debt, CMBS, preferred equity, agency debt, HUD loans, and now private debt. Luther has also financed a wide range of property types.
With his deep market knowledge and proven track record, Luther is a trusted partner for borrowers and brokers throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
When he's not helping clients, Luther enjoys skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Luther and his wife Patty live in Portland and have two grown sons.
